This pattern is for a knit bear and eight knit accessories. All patterns have been written for a 3mm needle size, and different yarns of varying weight have been used throughout. I recommend you play with swatches and find a needle and yarn combination that works for you rather than following the suggested combination too strictly. A good example is the Teddy Bear in the picture, which is knitted in Air – a yarn usually knit a gauge of 17 sts per 10 cm. In this pattern I used a 3mm needle for a 20 sts per 10 cm gauge. The smaller needles gave the yarn a denser feel that is great for a toy and helps hold the shape. Feel free to experiment and combine several types of yarn and use any leftover yarn you may have lying around.
The pattern is translated by Cora Henshaw from Norwegian to English.
Pattern support will be limited hence English is not my first language. But I’ll try my best to help.
