About the collection
This is a small collection of Christmas decorations that can for the most part be made from leftover yarn that you have lying around . The collection includes patterns for a Christmas stocking, a pig, a santas hat, a Fridag sweater, mistletoe and a letter holder for Christmas cards.
All the small decorations require about 5 g of thin yarn e.g. Finull, Tove, Ask or similar, worked on 3mm needles (or 2.5 stm if you’re a loose knitter). I would recommend using magic loop, but they can also be made using double pointed needles or bend knitting needles if preferred.
The letter holder for Christmas cards is the only thing that is worked on bigger needles with thicker yarn. It can be made with 100g Fritidsgarn, Vams or by holding the thinner yarn (see earlier suggestions) double. It is worked on 5mm straight needles/circular needles. Apart from yarn, you may need stuffing/scrap yarn for the pig, scrap yarn for embroidery and a strong thread for hanging up.
