About the design
Bærit and Bærling are worked in one piece, from nose to tail. First, the head and body are knitted. Stitches are then picked up for the ears, legs and tail, which are knitted directly onto the body. Finally, the eyes and nose are embroidered.
The lamb can be knitted with or without a jumper. If you choose the jumper version, it is knitted as part of the body. The back of the body is completed afterwards by picking up stitches inside the jumper ribbing, and the neckband is worked by picking up stitches around the neckline.
The pattern includes increases, decreases, picking up stitches and simple embroidery.
