About Dagmar and the pattern:
Dagmar is a sweet and sleepy puppy who would love to move in with caring owners. She is a loyal friend who enjoys lying in your lap and listening to even the longest thoughts. She also keeps all secrets.
She is worked from the snout to the tail. Techniques used are increases, decreases, knitting stitches together, picking up stitches and i-cord. I hope this pattern can encourage the use of leftover yarn. The sweater can easily be striped in multiple colors. The dogs can be multicolored, perhaps with a different color on the snout, ears or paws? You can mix yarn types as long as the gauge matches. It does not matter if you do not follow the exact stated gauge, as long as the gauge matches between the fur and the sweater. You can also make the dogs shorter or longer by adjusting the length between the increases at the neck and the decreases before the tail.
Yarn alternatives:
Gauge 10 sts - Bouclé from Knit and Note or Teddy from Pickles (100 g = 80 m).
+
Thin Mohair if desired, it can be omitted and will not affect the otherwise dense gauge much. It only gives an even fluffier look.
Gauge 16 sts - 6 strands thin Mohair or
Vams + one strand thin Mohair or
two strands Finull + one strand thin Mohair
